How it works

From answers to a fitness plan in a few minutes.

ClientCoach keeps the process simple. No long onboarding, no complicated tracking, just enough detail to create something that feels made for you.

  1. 🧍 Tell us about you. Share your goals, how active you are today, what equipment you have (if any), and any areas you want to be careful with, like back, hips, or knees.
  2. ⚙️ We generate you a plan based on your inputs. The AI coach builds a week-by-week structure that matches your schedule: how many days you can train, how long each session is, and how hard it should feel. We'll motivate you with messages and reminders.
  3. 🏋️ Use it when you train. When it’s time to train, you simply open your plan and follow today’s session. If life changes, you can revisit the questions and regenerate a fresh plan.
  4. 📊 Track how your body changes over time. Record your progress with weekly check-ins capturing bodily changes. See charts and graphs that show your progress.
  5. 🍽️ Create meal plans that support your goals. Input your dietary and weight preferences and we'll use these to calculate meal plans you'll enjoy, tailored to your bodily needs.

Questions

Common questions about ClientCoach.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. The plan adapts to what you actually have access to, bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, or a full gym.

Does this replace a human coach?

Absolutely not. In fact we advise you to get a real human coach in your life to help guide and motivate you. Software is great, but it's not everything. We try of course to motivate you and create plans that are lead by the data that you share with us, but there's always room for an extra insight or two.

Is this another generic PDF plan?

No. Your plan is generated from your answers: goals, time, equipment, and limitations. It’s designed to feel specific enough to follow, but simple enough that you’ll actually use it with the equipment you've said you can access.

What if I have injuries or ongoing pain?

You can flag problem areas in the questions. The AI coach will avoid obviously risky movements and lean towards safer options, but it doesn’t replace medical advice. If you’re unsure whether an exercise is safe, always check with a qualified professional.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can revisit the questionnaire and update your answers whenever things change - new goals, more (or less) time, different equipment etc and generate a plan that reflects where you are now.
